Birmingham, AL (WIAT)-The IZOD Indy Car Series fired up the 2013 season two weeks ago in St. Pete where James Hinchcliffe captured his first ever career win.

Now it’s on to Round 2 here in Birmingham and only one team owns a pass to Victory Lane.

Team Penske has won all three races at Barber Motorsports Park and Will Power is the two-time defending champion.

Bo Jackson will serve as the grand marshal of Sunday’s race.  The green flag drops at 2:40pm.
