(WIAT) – The countdown to the Barons inaugural game at Region’s Field has begun.
The final stretch of gameday preps is underway.
All 8,500 seats are being wiped down and each row labeled. Concession workers are scrubbing down counter tops with menu items stocked.
Meanwhile, safety comes first with last minute welding on handrails and bleachers.
The jumbotron was also turned on Tuesday which gave workers something to gaze at while on their lunch break.
