Trial date set for man involved in Tuscaloosa shooting


[lin_video src= service=syndicaster width=640 height=480 div_id=videoplayer-1365546398 type=script]TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) – A trial is set to begin on May 6, 2013, for a man believed to be behind a shooting in Tuscaloosa in July of 2012.

Nathan Wilkins faces 19 counts of first degree assault and 17 counts of second degree assault for a shooting that took place at the Copper Top bar in Temerson Square in Tuscaloosa.

The shooting left 18 people injured.

Wilkins was also involved in a shooting at a Northport residence earlier that evening.
