Fertilizer plant explosion victims receive assistance

WEST, TX– Federal assistance is now available for victims of a massive fertilizer plant explosion. President Obama declared a state of emergency for West, Texas after the blast damaged and destroyed nearby homes Wednesday, April 17th. It registered as a 2.1 magnitude earth quake. FEMA’s disaster assistance will help support response efforts.
