Uncle of bombing suspects says older brother influenced surviving suspect

Using thermal imaging from a helicopter, police found the 19-year-old hiding in a boat parked behind a house in Watertown. Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick says the suspect is recovering at a Boston hospital. His brother Tamerlin was killed in a shoot out with police Friday morning. An uncle, told reporters he believes it was the older brother, who was the mastermind behind the tragedy. Federal public defenders have agreed to represent Dzhokhar. U. S.  officials say he will be assigned a lawyer prior to interrogation.
