BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – The man who has lead Jefferson County’s Roads and Transportation department for the better part of three decades is retiring.
Commissioners recognized Wayne Sullivan at their Tuesday committee meetings. Sullivan says it’s time to do something new. His last day is Wednesday.
