BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – Hundreds showed up to Railroad Park Saturday to help those affected by Sickle Cell Disease.
Proceeds from The 15th Annual Sickle Cell Walk are dedicated to providing services to people and families whose lives are complicated by the disease. There is no sure for the Sickle Cell, which make the body susceptible to infection.
