(WIAT) — Many people in the United States are constantly playing on smart phones, e-readers, computers and other electronic devices.
However, overusing those devices could result in aches and pains.
Hours of looking down can cause strains in the neck and shoulder muscles.
Physicians say proper body alignment is an easy cure for symptoms like “smartphone finger” and “tablet neck.”
When using electronic gadgets, it is good practice to sit up straight with shoulders relaxed and the screen roughly at or just below eye-level.
