BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — According to a release from the Birmingham Police Department , detectives are conducting a homicide investigation stemming from an incident that occurred on Thursday around 3:10 a.m.
The Birmingham Police Department’s East Precinct responded to a report of a disturbance early Thursday morning.
When officers arrived, they found Warren Gunn, a 33-year-old from Birmingham, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The Birmingham Fire and Rescue Department responded and transported Gunn to UAB Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made.
