Hoover is headed to the semifinals

The Bucs rallied from two runs down to take the 4-3 win from the Patriots.

Auburn commit Connor Short had a solid day with three hits including an RBI double while Jacob Whitehead relieved Caleb Gilbert on the mound.

Hoover will travel to Hewitt-Trussville next week for the state semifinals.
