(WIAT) — It’s been 15 years since off duty Birmingham Police Officer Sande Sanderson was killed in a terrorist attack at an abortion clinic.

Sonya DiCarlo sits down with Sande Sanderson’s wife who says she wants less attention on her husband’s killer and more understanding of who her husband was.

Eric Robert Rudolph was convicted of bombing the New Woman All Women abortion clinic in 1998.  Sanderson was killed and nurse Emily Lyons was severely injured.
