(WIAT) — A former Auburn football player is set to head to trial.
21-year-old Dakota Mosley will stand trial in June on robbery, burglary and theft charges.
It all stems from a March 2011 home invasion at an Auburn mobile home.
Mosley is accused of driving the getaway car.
He has pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
