(WIAT) – It was the perfect setting for a special celebration at an Alabama home for girls and some pigs.
Yes they chased pigs, and cows and had quite a bit of fun as Big Oak Girls’ Ranch hosted its annual appreciation day fair and rodeo.
They also dedicated a new arena in honor of Nathan Wayne Lewis who passed away last year.
Since 1974 the organization says it has helped more than 1,800 children to discover themselves in family, work, and love.
