(WIAT) — At some point during the early hours of Thursday, a group of students came into the school and set up cups of water down multiple hallways and dropped baby oil and soap detergent on the floors.

According to the principal there was an injury to a teacher, but it isn’t considered serious.

At this time, 7 students are believed to be involved with this incident.

Once the students are identified though they might be facing more than just a school punishment.

The principal stated that this is vandalism and it could end up becoming a legal issue.

CBS42 will have more on this developing story as it becomes available.
