Andrew Nunelley tells CBS42 that as the waters rose he was awoken as he felt the water under his tent. Within hours he and others on site found themselves in flat bottom boats as rangers carried them to safety.

Nunelley documented a few moments of his rescue on his iPhone and spoke to CBS42 by phone about his experience.
