When he returned, he discovered his wife had not only acquired a new home, but she also looked a little different.
During his 12-month deployment to Afghanistan, Larry’s wife, Misty, set out on a mission of her own – to lose more than 100 pounds.
Her husband kept in contact with Misty, but he had no clue about her effort to lose the weight.
Misty said the key in maintaining the weight loss was using strict portion control.
