(WIAT) –The man accused of bombing an abortion clinic in Birmingham was arrested ten years ago Friday.
Eric Robert Rudolph spent five years hiding out in the North Carolina mountains before he was caught in 2003.
He is currently serving a life sentence for bombing the New Woman, All Women clinic in 1998.
The blast maimed nurse Emily Lyons and killed off-duty police officer Sande Sanderson.
