Some researchers say that it is absolutely possible.

Starting the day with a glass of warm water with lemon cleanses the lymphatic system and helps detoxify the liver.

Additionally, dark, leafy greens, such as kale, are full of antioxidants and calcium.

Drinking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every day can help cure a common cold and detox the body.

Eating an apple a day provides the body with vitamin C and fiber needed to help fight cancer.

Lastly, eating whole grains is advised because they are packed with enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
