Body found in Columbus, Ga believed to be that of Alabaster teen

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WIAT) – According to reports, a body found in the back seat of an SUV outside a Columbus, Georgia CVS is said to be that of 17-year-old Steven Bradley Foster of Alabaster.

The teen’s father is quote in a Columbus Ledger Enquirer article saying Foster, “ran away about a week ago.”

According to Columbus police an officer was on patrol in the early morning hours on June14th when he discovered the body inside the SUV.

According to the Muscogee County Coroner there was no evidence of foul play, but the body has been sent to Atlanta for an autopsy.

The coroner adds, it appeared the boy had been dead for several days.
