Pep up your morning with this vitamin-enriched drink! Fresh green grapes and sweet delicious apple make a healthy, refreshing punch.

Apple White Grape Punch


  • 1 large apple (Pink Lady or Fuji)
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 2 tbs. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ tbs. freshly chopped ginger
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • 1 tbs. honey


Chop apples into small chunks. Place apples, grapes and ginger into your juicer and follow manufacturer’s instructions.

Shake well with other ingredients and serve cold.

Double or triple recipe for a ready-made batch for the fridge.
