Birmingham City Council discusses Bali Spa and billboard

ORIGINAL: The Birmingham City Council will decide whether or not to revoke the business licenses issued to Magic Touch, Inc., the company that operates Bali Spa .

Last month, four women were arrested on prostitution charges at Bali Spa.

The council is also expected to pass a resolution asking and the owners of the sexually suggestive billboard to voluntarily take down the “sugar daddy” billboard located near the Birmingham Airport.
