HOOVER, Ala. (WIAT) — Students from around the country are in the Birmingham area learning about journalism.
The students are part of the University of Alabama’s multicultural journalism workshop.
CBS42’s Sherri Jackson joined the students at the Alabama Broadcasters Association Headquarters in Hoover on Tuesday.
Topics discussed centered around the journalism code of ethics and diversity in the newsroom.
