(WIAT) — The Cherokee County Coroner’s Office has identified one of the three bodies found in Weiss Lake last week.
The body has been identified as 41-year-old Bobby Hyatt of Piedmont.
Hyatt and two others were found in a truck that was submerged in Weiss Lake.
Investigators believe the truck had been there for nearly two weeks.
Autopsies are being conducted to determine the cause of death for all three victims.
Investigators are also trying to figure out how the truck ended in the lake.
