(WIAT) — A Birmingham teenager charged in a deadly shooting at Railroad Park made an appearance in court on Thursday.
17-year-old Justin Jones had a preliminary hearing. At the hearing, the case was bound over to a grand jury.
Jones is accused of shooting 15-year-old Jermaine Walton at Railroad Park in March.
He’s now free on bond.
