Gerald Wallace traded to the Celtics

Birmingham, AL (WIAT)- Former Alabama player, Gerald Wallace, was traded to the Celtics in a trade involving seven current players and three future first round picks.

The trade involves Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Jason Terry going to the Nets and Wallace, Kris Humphries, MarShon Brooks, and Keith Bogans going to the Celtics. The Celtics will also be getting three future first round picks from the Nets.

Wallace, who was traded to the Nets in March of 2012 from the Portland Trailblazers, averaged 11.6 points and 5.1 rebounds per game with the Nets.
