Log Jam at Congressional leaves 4 Tied Going into Sunday

BETHESDA, Md. (WIAT) -Wasn’t the cleanest scorecard for Bill Haas. Andres Romero and Roberto Castro Saturday.

Despite Triple and Double bogeys on the back nine holds Saturday at Congressional the still ended up as parts of a 4-way tie  in the AT&T National with James Driscoll.

Castro’s finish may have been the most adventurous following a water ball on 18, he chipped in for par from almost 100 feet out to card a 71.  Haas finished with 9 birdies and a 68.  Romero had a three-shot lead but on 17 and 18 dropped shots and finished with a 70.

Want to see a playoff Sunday at Congressional on CBS42?  Just may be able to do that…there are 10 players within 4 shots going into the final round.
