ALABASTER, Ala. (WIAT) – A man has been arrested and charged with sexual abuse. The alleged abuse occurred at an in-home day care facility.

Elegio Rios Martinez ,a 57-year-old, was arrested on two counts of sexual abuse of a child under 12 years old.

He is being held at the Shelby County Jail.

The in-home daycare facility is located in Keystone Mobile Home Park in Alabaster.

CBS42 made attempts to interview Martinez’s wife, but no one answered.

Alabaster police cannot saw how many children were a part of the home day care, but two of the alleged victims were little girls.

Police are still looking for more possible victims.
