BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – The quickest way to lose weight may be to drink at least a quart of water a day.

Researchers from Virginia Tech University say adults who drank two cups of water before each meal lost around four pounds more than a group who skipped the extra water.

They say one reason is that filling the stomach with water can kill hunger pains.
