(WIAT) — CBS42’s Sherri Jackson sat down with Birmingham Police Department Chief A.C. Roper to discuss the ongoing search for information in cases where arrests have already been made.

Roper says the department always welcomes new information, especially in the case of Jeremi and Jonathan Berry, two twins who were murdered inside their house just a few short weeks ago.

“You make an arrest in a high profile case, [and] people think it is all resolved, but from our detective stand point and an investigative view point. we still have a lot of work to do,” Roper said. “We’re asking the viewers if any of them have any information about this case, because you have to remember two 17-year-old twins lost their lives in their house in this incident, so we are just asking them to please call us and share anything. You know, we don’t need your name, we don’t even want your name, we just need the information.”
