(WIAT) — Investigators in Walker County are asking for the public’s help.
They’re trying to track down two persons of interest in connection with a bank robbery and bomb threats.
Jasper Police and the Walker County Sheriff’s Office want to talk to Brandon Peake and Tamra Files.
They are believed to be driving a 2010 black Chevy Silverado.
Police say just after 8 a.m. on Friday morning, someone called in a bomb threat at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
They also claimed there was a bomb on one of the bridges along Highway 69.
At 3:30 that afternoon, the Traders and Farmers Bank in Curry was robbed.
Police say someone may have used the bomb threat to keep police busy while they held up the bank.
