TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) — A state of the art $9 million assisted living facility is breaking ground in Tuscaloosa’s recovery area.
Crimson Village will be a 91-unit facility.
It’s a business expansion for local Dr. Ramesh Peramsetty.
Peramsetty already owns and operated five other medical centers in Tuscaloosa.
The facility will be located in one of the city’s designated tornado recovery areas.
Construction should be finished in February of 2014.
Twenty families are already on the waiting list.
