BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — It’s been three weeks since twins Jonathan and Jeremi Berry were gunned down inside their home.
Now, two people are headed to court for their alleged roles in the deaths of the two boys.
Crystal Nelson and Quentin Nixon are set to appear before Judge Todd on Monday at 1:30 p.m. for a status hearing.
Both remain in the Jefferson County Jail on capital murder charges.
Two others are also charged in the case.
Stanley Chatman and Dayjuan Tuggle are also being held in the Jefferson County Jail.
