TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) — Police in Tuscaloosa are still looking for a suspect who shot 4-year-old Tamerra Harper on July 12, 2013.
The shooting happened while she was sleeping in her home on 31st Avenue.
According to investigators, someone else inside the house was likely the intended target.
Kendrick Hyche, 23, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, assault and shooting into an occupied building, but police believe he was merely driving the car – not the actual shooter.
