Alabama practices in full pads for the first time this fall

TUSCALOOSA,Ala. –(WIAT) The Alabama Crimson Tide practiced for two hours in full pads in the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility as they were in full contact mode on Tuesday.

Nick Saban was happy with the high intensity of his players and where his team is at through five days.

Alabama returns to the practice field on Wednesday morning and will hold its first scrimmage on Saturday.

The Crimson Tide kicks off the season against Virginia Tech in the Georgia Dome.
