BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – Birmingham has had more than its share of homicides in 2013.
Now, a new downtown project is hoping to inspire people to put their lives into perspective.
The “Before I Die” blackboard went up Saturday on the side of a building on 14th Street South, across the street from the entrance to Regions Field.
TEDxBirmingham is behind the blackboard.
They say they are documenting people’s bucket lists and posting them on their Facebook page. Those who wish to share their bucket list can do so through the end of September.
CBS42 asked viewers what was on their bucket list on the CBS42 Facebook page and received many responses.
Melissa Spencer says she wants to get her college degree and write and illustrate a children’s book. Spencer also wants to work for Disney as an animator.
Corey Price says after three heart attacks, he’s praying to be around long enough to walk each of his daughters down the aisle on their wedding day.
