TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) – Skeletal remains found in Tuscaloosa County could be the big break in the case of a missing homicide victim.

The bones were found by dove hunters over the weekend in a wooded area on a private property off Joe Mallisham Parkway.

However, it will be a few days before the remains are identified.

Antonio Williams, who has been missing since mid-July, fits the victim’s description.

Even without locating a body, investigators had enough information to arrest and charge Alexius Foster with Williams’ murder in August.
