TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) – Tuscaloosa police are on the lookout for a man accused of shooting numerous people with shotgun pellets Monday night.
Robert Lee Sudduth, 27, is wanted by police on warrants for attempted murder, two counts of second-degree assault, shooting into an occupied residence and shooting into an occupied vehicle.
Officers with the Tuscaloosa Police Department responded around 6:45 p.m. to reports of a person shooting a shotgun and one person suffering from gunshot injuries.
A 28-year-old female was suffering from gunshot injuries sustained when she was struck by several pellets.
Investigators on the scene then found two other 20-year-old females who had been struck by pellets. All three of the injured women sustained non-life threatening injuries and were treated at a nearby hospital and released.
While on the scene, police also noticed an occupied residence had been shot into, as well as an unoccupied vehicle.
