BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – The idea of a food truck is popular in Birmingham, especially for the middle-of-the-day, lunch crowd.
Now, there’s a new option in the city.
The Yummy Truck is a new project from the Junior League of Birmingham. They’re teaming up with Children’s of Alabama to encourage healthy eating.
Inside the truck is a mobile teaching kitchen, and Thursday’s treat inside the truck was fruit tarts.
For more information on the truck and how to request the Yummy Truck at an event, click here.
