Tuscaloosa Teachers Credit Union robbed Monday morning

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) — On Monday Tuscaloosa Police responded to a robbery call at the Tuscaloosa Teachers Credit Union that happened around 9:30 a.m.

The suspects are believed to be two black males,  approximately 6’00” -6’02”  and a slim build. The two were armed with handguns when they entered the credit union and demanded money from the cashiers. The suspects left the credit union with an undisclosed amount of money.

An older brown truck missing a tailgate was seen leaving the area at a high rate of speed and could possibly be the suspect’s vehicle.

Tuscaloosa Police ask if you know the identity of the suspects seen in these photos that you please contact Tuscaloosa County Crime Stoppers at 205-752-STOP (7867).

You can also text “Tusc” and the suspect’s information to CRIMES (274637). If your tip leads to an arrest there would be a cash reward.
