Concord Pharmacy robbed, vehicle found burned


BESSEMER, Ala. (WIAT) – On Friday morning, around 9 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a robbery at Rock Creek Pharmacy in Bessemer. The suspect was described as a white male, about 6’3” and 250 lbs, and wearing a jumpsuit. The suspect entered the pharmacy with a gun. He then demanded money and drugs and was seen leaving in a beige pick-up truck. Soon after, a vehicle matching the description was discovered burning on Lock 17 Road, which is just a few miles away from Rock Creek Pharmacy. The truck had been reported stolen to Tuscaloosa County.
