CULLMAN, Ala. (WIAT) – Two suspects in connection with the murder of Fredrick William Galin have been arrested. Galin was discovered murdered in his home, located on St. Joseph Drive in Cullman, on December 19th, 2013. The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office has been investigating the case ever since. The two individuals who have been arrested are John Edward Cole and Robert Espy Junior.

At this time Cole has been charged with Theft of Property (1st degree) and Receiving Stolen Property (1st). The charges stem the theft of Galin’s vehicle. Espy is being held on charges of Burglary (3rd) and Receiving Stolen Property (2nd). Those charges are unrelated, but Espy is believed to be linked to the murder investigation. Bond for both men has been set at $200,000 each.

The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the case. Investigators were at Lake George, on Friday, looking for additional evidence.
