BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – UPDATE: The Birmingham PD is reporting that Timothy Henley has been located. He was found by the old A.G. Gaston nursing home by family members. His family has taken him to the hospital for evaluation.
He is believed to be in good condition.
ORIGINAL: Birmingham police are searching for a 48-year-old missing man. Timothy Henley was last seen Thursday. He was walking west on Tarrant Huffman Road headed toward Zion Memorial Garden, said Birmingham police spokesman Lt. Sean Edwards. Henley, Edwards said, has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Family members told police he suffered two seizures Thursday morning, and then left the house on foot about 4:30 p.m.
He is described as a black male, 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighing 115 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information is asked to call Birmingham police at 205-297-8485 or 205 -328-9311.
