BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – Numerous high schools from across the state gathered over the weekend for the high school state competition for culinary.
Students competed in teams of three participants. They made roasted potatoes, ratatouille, salmon and even chocolate chip bread pudding.
Judges walked around from start to finish and examined the taste, the presentation and the quality of work each team put into their foods.
