BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Investigators in Birmingham have found that the driver of a trolley that killed a special needs student was at fault.
Pouneh Bahri, 25, was killed March 4 while she was crossing the street at the intersection of 14th Street South and 20th Street South.
After talking to witnesses, police found that Bahri was in the crosswalk and “walk” light was lit up.
At this time, no charges have been filed against the trolley driver.
