Some clothes pose hazards

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Sometimes one’s choice in fashion can be hazardous to their health.

High heels over two inches generally cause foot problems ranging from hammer toes to nerve damage.

As such, wearing them in moderation is encouraged.

Many people also wear skinny jeans, but it’s important to remember not to wear them too tight.

Skinny jeans can cause stomach-related problems, such as bloating and indigestion.

The tightness can pinch and irritate nerves, which can cause burning and numbness in one’s thighs.

Long earrings, although popular, can elongate the hole in your ear if they are too heavy.
