2 arrested in Tuscaloosa for manufacturing meth

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) — Law enforcement in Tuscaloosa arrested a man and a woman after deputies found a meth lab at a home on Crawford Drive.

Tuscaloosa Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. Andy Norris says deputies went to the home and found a meth lab and meth Tuesday evening.

John Thompson, 24, and  Angelia Faith Yeates, 35, were arrested and charged with first-degree unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thompson and Yeates are being held on $105,000 bond.
