A.G. Gaston cleared in Airport sign collapse case

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A.G. Gaston Construction is the latest company to be dropped from a lawsuit filed on behalf of the Bresette family.

Luke Bresette died in March of 2013 when an information sign fell on him at the Birmingham Airport. The family filed suit against Brasfield and Gorrie and several companies that were involved in the renovation project at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport.

In February, Monumental Contracting Company was dropped from the lawsuit.
