BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A mother remains paralyzed after her two twin sons are murdered in the family’s home.
Several people have been charged in the nearly year old case, and on Thursday, another name was added to the list.
Terrell McMullin, 21, is now charged with two counts of capital murder and an additional count of attempted murder.
Birmingham police believe McMullin played a part in the murders of Jeremi and Jonathan Berry inside their Wylam home on Attalla Street in June of 2013.
McMullin is being held in the Jefferson County Jail.
Stanley Chatham and Crystal Nelson are also charged in the case.
