TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) — A 25-year-old was shot in Tuscaloosa Sunday afternoon on the 4100 block of 19th Place, according to Sgt. Dale Phillips with the Tuscaloosa County Homicide Unit.
Phillips says the victim was in a dispute with 74-year-old Livingston Wells over how he was parking his truck.
Wells shot the man and continued firing at him as he tried to flee the scene. He then pointed the gun the victim’s girlfriend, Phillips says.
Wells was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder and is being held in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on $90,000 bond.
