New red light cameras now in service in Tuscaloosa


TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) — The Tuscaloosa Police Department is adding to its existing eyes in the sky.

The new cameras are now working at the intersections of Skyland Boulevard and McFarland Boulevard, as well as Lurleen Wallace Boulevard and University Boulevard.

Warnings will be mailed to you this week, but starting on May 19, the ticket in the mail will include a $110 fine.
